It features a hidden pocket where the MoliCare® X-Change Pad can be inserted for added protection. The underwear, combined with the MoliCare® X-Change Pads, can absorb up to 27 teaspoons (approximately 134 ml) of urine, providing a secure feeling in everyday life. With its invisible and masculine design, the underwear remains almost unnoticed under clothing, ensuring maximum discretion. The MoliCare® X-Change Pads are easy to insert into the hidden pocket and can be simply replaced when needed. They also provide reliable odor control. The incontinence underwear can be hygienically washed at 60°C after removing the X-Change Pad and is also suitable for tumble drying. As the underwear is reusable, it generates 78% less plastic waste compared to conventional disposable products. Made from soft, skin-friendly materials, the underwear does not contain silver chloride or other biocides that could affect the vaginal flora. Developed in Germany, it combines functionality and comfort. The package includes one men's incontinence underwear in size M or L, along with five MoliCare® X-Change Pads.
