Apply to the cheeks with a brush. We recommend using the Goovi Duo Face Brush, which has two sides. The wide, angled side has an ergonomic shape that follows that of the cheekbone, making it easy to apply the blusher under or on top of the cheekbone. The short side, on the other hand, has more compact hair to apply the blusher in a more defined way (on the "apple cheeks").
