The Gina Su vitalising and activating plasters are suitable for the whole body and contain 18% tourmaline. The treatment with bamboo plasters is very simple: stick under the soles of the feet in the evening before going to bed and remove in the morning. Treatment duration: daily for approx. 2 - 3 weeks. You can also use the bamboo plasters as refreshing and vitalising plasters for direct application to other parts of the body, e.g. neck, arms, back, elbows, etc. Many users report that the bamboo plasters increase their well-being as part of a holistic relaxation and self-care routine. Now with lavender fragrance. White plasters: non-woven fabric (viscose, polyester).
