The traditional Ayurvedic Garshan massage is performed daily for about 3-4 minutes using a silk glove. It promotes blood circulation. By gently removing dead skin cells, the skin becomes particularly receptive to nourishing oils. The gloves are handcrafted and made from especially heavy, unbleached bourette silk.
