Ingredients and instructions for use

Ingredients
Sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate, Sango sea coral, crystal salt, potassium bicarbonate, magnesium sulfate, bentonite, magnesium carbonate, gem powder (rock crystal, jasper, citrine, rhodochrostone, calcedony, lapis lazuli, amethyst).
Instructions for use
Use 2.5 to 3 caps of bath additive for a full bath, 1.5 caps for a sitz bath or one cap for a foot bath. The ideal bathing time is 60 minutes, but at least 30 minutes. The alkalising effect sets in after approx. 20 minutes. The optimum water temperature is 35 - 38 degrees Celsius.
