The Curapor wound dressing by Lohmann & Rauscher is a medical dressing that provides fast and effective wound care. The wound pad of the dressing consists of a special absorbent layer made of viscose and polypropylene/polyethylene, which has a high absorbency. This keeps the wound dry and minimizes the risk of infection. Curapor is ideally suited for postoperative, acute, and superficial wounds, as well as cuts and lacerations that exhibit light to moderate exudation.
