Ruby Rouge is a dramatic shade that is well suited for an all-red look or as a highlighter if you're just looking for a pop of color! To achieve the best results, we recommend lightening your hair to level 9 or 10 (blonde) before use. It is also suitable for level 8 (light brown) hair; however, results will only be tonal.
