This dark blue hair dye will have everybody shaking their tail feathers! This luxuriously pigmented shade has a slight green undertone and is always a customer favorite. To achieve beautiful dark blue hair, we suggest lightening to level 9 or 10 (blonde) before use. It is also suitable for level 8 (light brown) hair; however, results will only be tonal.
