Contopharm Contaview premium

Contaview Premium UV from Contopharma are soft monthly disposable lenses with a water content of 46% and a two-curved back surface. The newly developed Vitafilcon A material contains body-related building materials, making the lenses highly biocompatible and well tolerated by people with sensitive eyes. The patented material structure has excellent water-binding properties, showing that Contaview Premium UV dry out significantly less than other contact lenses. This advantage is particularly evident during longer periods of wear, as the lens remains moist and the pleasant wearing comfort lasts throughout the entire wearing time.

Recommended for sensitive eyes, a newly developed edge design ensures gentle contact between the eyelids and the lens during blinking, thereby increasing wearing comfort. The material has excellent wetting properties, resulting in extremely low frictional forces. The lenses feel very soft, minimizing possible irritation of the eyelid. The result is a short familiarization period combined with excellent long-term compatibility. Due to these outstanding properties, Contaview Premium UV are also recommended for sensitive and dry eyes.

The ability to bind water positively affects wearing comfort and helps the lens retain its shape over a longer period, enabling consistently clear and sharp vision throughout the entire wearing period. Contaview Premium UV includes a UV filter that can help protect the eyes from harmful UV radiation. However, contact lenses with a UV blocker must not be used as a substitute for work glasses or sunglasses.

Particularly easy handling is ensured by a new type of shape stability zone at the transition to the edge area, making the lens much easier to handle. The contact lenses are labelled with a light green handling tint for easy identification.
