Product details

Gelostretch is a longitudinally and transversely stretchable zinc gel bandage that allows for continuous modeling of the dressing even at critical points in difficult anatomical transitions.

Since Gelostretch is stretchable without elastic recovery, the bandage can be applied without cutting or trimming.

Gelostretch consists of a zinc gel based on cellulose, which is applied to a carrier made of 76% viscose and 24% cotton.

Gelostretch is suitable for compression bandages in phlebological indications, such as:

  • chronic venous insufficiency (including venous leg ulcers and phleb edema)
  • thrombophlebitis
  • phlebothrombosis

as well as for support and relief bandages in conditions of the ligament and support apparatus, such as:

  • sprains
  • dislocations
  • tendovaginitis
  • for follow-up treatment after plaster casts
  • for reducing post-traumatic edema.
