BLACKROLL® is now available in an even more practical micro format. Our smallest recovery tool can be carried with you at all times; it fits in any pocket. The micro is particularly suitable for massaging the palm, wrist, and back of the hand, as well as the fingers on a hard surface like a desk.

When you place the roller on your palm, you can also use it to specifically massage tension in the jaw and forehead. Simply glide the micro-roller with light pressure over the affected areas.
