Blackroll® is now available in an even more practical micro format. Our smallest recovery tool can be carried with you at all times; it fits in any pocket. The micro is particularly suitable for massaging the palm, wrist, and back of the hand, as well as the fingers on a hard surface like a desk.

When you place the roller on your palm, you can also use it to specifically target tension in the jaw and forehead. Simply glide the micro roller with light pressure over the affected areas.
