Here’s how to use it:

• Lather up in the shower or bath and then rinse off the lather. Your skin should be nice and soft.

• Start at your ankles and slowly move upwards to your knees. Then from your knees to your thighs. Pamper your stomach with circular movements, starting with your right hip. Then massage gently from your hands over your arms to your shoulders. Repeat the procedure regularly to perfect your results.
