Artdeco Soft Eyeliner Waterproof 221 93. The newly developed formula is extremely long-lasting. Once dry, the Soft Eyeliner is smudge-proof and waterproof. The pleasantly creamy texture of the pencil ensures easy and precise application. The liner blends well and is characterized by good color payoff and high coverage. It contains natural antioxidants and vitamin E. Fragrance-free.
