The newly developed formulation of the waterproof Soft Eye Liner is extremely durable. Once dry, it becomes smudge-proof and water-resistant. The pleasantly creamy texture of the pencil ensures easy and precise application. The liner blends well and is characterized by good color payoff and high coverage. It contains natural antioxidants and vitamin E. Fragrance-free.
