• 1 mini nail file
• 1 wooden cuticle stick

Application:
1. Clean the nails with acetone, push back the cuticles, and shape the nails.
2. Choose a strip that best fits your nail size. If you are between two sizes, select the smaller one.
3. Press the strip firmly and smooth it out by applying extra pressure along the free edge of the nail and remove the top clear film.
4. File with long, firm strokes in one direction from top to bottom over the free edge of the nail.
5. Cure under an LED lamp for 30 seconds or under a UV lamp for 1 minute.
