Blister packaging: Carefully peel off the film to expose the contact lens. Putting on the lens: Ensure that the lens is not inverted. Place the lens on the tip of your index finger to check the shape of the lens. The contact lens should have a bowl-like, naturally curved shape. With the contact lens on your index finger, use your other hand to hold your eyelid open so you don't blink. Place the lens on your eye. Remove the contact lens: Look upwards and slide the contact lens onto the lower part of your eye with your index finger. Gently press the contact lens between your thumb and index finger to remove it. |
