ActiMaris Forte Wound Rinse Solution (300ml)
The ActiMaris Forte Wound Rinse Solution is used for painless rinsing of infected and contaminated wounds, as well as for cleaning and moisturizing sensitive and irritated skin and mucous membranes. Crusts, biofilms, and sticky dressings can be easily removed. MRSA/VRE germs are also effectively decontaminated.
Application
Depending on the thickness and firmness of the fibrin coatings, microbial colonization, wound edge maceration, or irritation, the moist phase should be adjusted. For fibrin-covered, foul-smelling wounds that are heavily colonized with germs, a contact time of 5-10 minutes is recommended. For a stable wound environment with a clean wound bed free of microbial abnormalities, a contact time of 5 minutes is sufficient.
