Tegaderm Foam Adhesive is a rapidly absorbent soft foam dressing with an adhesive border designed for targeted fluid management of exuding wounds, coated with breathable Tegaderm film.

Features:

• Highly absorbent polyurethane foam dressing that does not swell, thus avoiding tissue stress
• Quick and high absorption capacity, ensuring effective exudate management and minimal risk of maceration
• Outer Tegaderm film prevents external contamination of the wound and the penetration of wound exudate
• Maintains a moist wound environment.

The patented spoke application system allows for easy positioning, and the adhesive border ensures simple fixation.

Indications:

• Ideal for lightly to moderately exuding wounds
• Venous, arterial, mixed, and diabetic ulcers
• Pressure ulcers (locally confined damage to the skin and/or underlying tissue, typically over bony prominences, due to pressure)
• Abrasions.

No known contraindications.

Application:
The skin must be dry and free of grease. Hold the dressing by the non-adhesive tabs and remove the white release liner. Position the dressing over the wound and mold it well. Press the adhesive border to optimize adhesion through heat. Now, starting from the center, gently peel the paper spokes flat towards the outer edge. To remove, stretch the transparent adhesive border parallel to the skin. Alternatively, the dressing can also be carefully and flatly pulled off.

Dimensions refer to the size of the foam without the adhesive border.
