I am looking for a dermastamp for microneedling. I have read that dermarollers can damage the skin and a dermapen is too expensive for me. Does anyone know of alternatives or can someone from Galaxus see if it is worth adding them to the range? Thank you :)

I obviously have a big head or ears that sit far back or whatever: after a relatively short time the loops of the usual FFP2 masks hurt behind my ears or twist my ears in a painful way. Are there masks with slightly longer loops for people like me? Does Galaxus have them on offer?

Ordered 2x of this Eau de Toilette Verveine and after 2 days received the message that it was sold out and my payment was refunded. However, the product is still available at Galaxus and 5 pieces are still offered from external stock - only the price is now significantly higher. Surely a retailer has to sell a product with a marked price, or does that not apply to Galaxus? If no mistake can be made, this should also apply if the retailer's cost price has changed. In any case, I am disappointed and would be grateful for an explanation.

It seems almost impossible to find recommendations as the internet is obsessed with facial care and make-up! I look for hair and body products, tools, health items, etc. I live near a market with a great drugstore section, but am so lost without first being familiar with certain products. I recently bought steam eye masks and love them!

Dear Galaxus Team I am very interested in your logistical process for ordering protective masks. For example, I'm not interested in the price or when the delivery is available, but more in how you determine the quantity for your warehouse. How do you set this size? Do you fill your stock with what is available (to be obtained)? I find it interesting because the current situation is very unclear how long the strange situation will last and you will not have a warehouse with only masks. How do you solve these problems? I regularly answer questions here in the community. Unfortunately, I encounter such when I go through: "Hello, the product costs around 4 francs in the shops. The Corona surcharge is extremely inappropriate. The competition sells them for 3.90. Is that extortionate?" Or people who complain about expensive toilet paper. Firstly, these are not real questions and secondly, are they so bored that they compare prices of such articles and then write such comments? What do you think?

Hello all! :-) I would be interested to know which moisturiser you can't imagine your day or evening routine without? What are your favourite products and why did you choose them? It is also non-greasy and absorbs extremely well into the skin! The smell is neutral to fresh and not at all artificial, as the Klairs brand is known for. Every time I use the Freshly Juiced cream, my face feels very refreshed and together with my vitamin C serum, it provides an enhanced effect. The Midnight Blue cream is also one of my favourites. I use it exclusively as a night cream and apart from the wonderful blue colour of the cream, it is very effective against redness on the face to small wrinkles. Now I wonder what kind of creams you use and why! :-)
