Product details
The single-engine jet bomber Fiat G-91 was developed in the early 1950s by the Italian aircraft company. Designed by the famous engineer Giuseppe Gabrielli, it featured an aerodynamic design with swept wings and compact dimensions, ensuring high maneuverability in flight. Thanks to its good performance, the G-91 won the NATO competition that sought a tactical support aircraft that was easy to produce, versatile, and flexible enough to equip the air units of member states. The Fiat G-91 was used by both the Italian Air Force and by Germany and Portugal. In the "R" version, it was armed with four 12.7 mm machine guns in the nose and could carry an offensive payload of 700 kg on the underwing stations.
