Wickie and the strong men

Wickie (Jonas Hämmerle), the lovable little boy with red-blond hair, lives with his mother Ylva (Sanne Schnapp) and his father Halvar (Waldemar Kobus), the most stubborn Viking chief of all time, in the Viking village of Flake. The Vikings are naturally strong, fearless, and loud fellows. However, Wickie is quite different: reserved and sensitive. But he possesses a gift that few of his fellow Vikings have: he is clever, not to say very, very clever - and impresses with ideas based on the motto "No muscles, just brains!"

One day, the village is besieged and ruthlessly attacked by a ruthless horde of wild strangers wearing terrifying dragon masks. The greatest and most beloved treasures of the villagers are stolen: their children! All except for Wickie, who, fortunately, got tangled up in a treetop while dragon flying.

Wickie's father Halvar and the other Vikings from Flake set sail to rescue the children, embarking on a grand and exciting adventure on the high seas. And what does Wickie do? Time and again, he must use his clever ideas to save his friends from seemingly hopeless situations.

Of course, the constantly quarreling Tjure (Nic Romm) and Snorre (Christian A. Koch), the wise old Urobe (Olaf Krätke), Gorm (Mike Maas), who is always delighted, the bard Ulme (Patrick Reichel), and the good-natured, big, strong, and hefty Faxe (Jörg Moukaddam) are also part of the adventure. No matter how different the friends from Flake are, one thing holds true for all: they stick together, no matter what comes... But what if the terrible Sven (Günther Kaufmann), the worst pirate of all time, shows up? Then even more so!.
