Profiles and sheets are excellent for art, architecture, crafting, and model building applications (e.g., "scratching" of display models). The impact-resistant material of the profiles and sheets (Polystyrene - PS) can be easily processed with a craft knife (score, then bend; the break edge can be easily finished with sandpaper or a sanding sponge). Plastic sheets up to about 1.0 mm thick can also be cut with scissors. For additional effects or applications, they can be heated with a heat gun and shaped as desired.
