R&G release agent semiperm™ monofilm, canister/ 1 litre

The release agent Semiperm™ Monofilm from R&G is a versatile, solvent-based mold release agent characterized by a short drying time. It has been specifically developed for model making and allows for efficient demolding of plastic parts. With a working temperature of up to 140 °C, this product is excellent for processing thermosetting resins such as polyester, epoxy, and phenolic resins. The silicone-free formulation ensures that the monomolecular film adhering to the mold surface has no affinity for the molded part and does not flake off. This results in high slip properties, even at elevated mold temperatures, and allows for multiple demoldings per application, significantly reducing the effort required for time-consuming waxing and polishing cycles. The application of the release agent requires some initial preparation time but provides a reliable long-term solution for model making.
