The PARTALL® Release Paste #2 is a high-quality wax-based release agent specifically designed for use on mold surfaces. It is excellent as a universal release agent and edge wax, particularly before applying PARTALL® Coverall Film. This release paste is silicone-free and can be used with various resin types, including epoxy, polyester, and vinyl ester resins. It offers high temperature resistance up to approximately 60 °C and provides high-gloss surfaces that are ideal for smooth, dense materials like fiberglass molds. The application is simple and efficient, with a recommended consumption of 20-60 g/m². The drying time before polishing is only 1-2 minutes, which speeds up processing. Additionally, the release paste can also be used in combination with film release agents like PVA, highlighting its versatility.
