Application: For tubes of different diameters with high torsional stiffness, orthopaedic technology (prostheses), sports equipment construction. The diameter of the tubes can be varied by compressing or pulling. Delivery in stretched condition.

Processing: Spray the core material (e.g. metal tube) thickly with R&G release spray (sliding layer) and allow to dry. Put the tube over and pull it at the ends so that it fits snugly, possibly also clamp it under tension. Apply the resin/hardener mixture with a brush. If necessary, heat the area to be worked on at the same time with a hot air blower. This makes the resin/hardener mixture extremely thin and impregnates the fabric quickly and safely (take resin vapours into account, ventilate well or wear a protective mask!). After curing, clamp the core and pull off the tube. Smaller components can be deep-frozen beforehand. Please note: For technical reasons, it is not possible to coil tubes with a fibre angle of 45°. The quantity indicated therefore differs from the length at 45°.
