Derived from the famous V Panther armored fighting vehicle, the Jagdpanther proved to be superior in battle against any Allied opponent, thanks to its successful combination of mobility, armor, and firepower. The Jagdpanther, equipped with an 8.8 cm Pak 43/3 L/71, was produced starting in January 1944. Engine: 600 hp V 12-cylinder Maybach gasoline engine, top speed: 55 km/h. Crew: 5 men.
