Model kit of the legendary Messerschmitt Bf109 in the early G-2/4 version. This variant was equipped with the new DB 605 engine and was deployed on almost all war fronts. However, the fuselage had to be partially redesigned and reinforced for the new engine. Detailed surface structures, a new cockpit canopy, and recessed panel lines ensure an authentic representation of the following versions: Bf109 G-2, Commander Colonel Hannes Trautloft, JG54, Russia, August 1942, and Bf109 G-4, "Winkel 2", Major Gordon Gollob, III./JG52, Russia, August 1942. In addition to base colors, glue and brushes are included.
