Purecrea Carbon flat profile 7x1mm 1m

This is a carbon fiber (CFRP) flat profile with a fiber content of 63%. The profile is pultruded (drawn). This manufacturing process arranges the fibers unidirectionally in the longitudinal direction. This achieves a high fiber content, but the profiles are susceptible to shear loads. For cutting, we recommend using a diamond cutting disc or saw rather than a side cutter. Carbon has excellent mechanical and thermal properties, making it perfect for applications where stability and lightness are required. The surface is slightly porous and bonds well with 3D-printed parts. This allows for the construction of lightweight, complex, and stable frameworks, for example, for model building.
