Hooray, hooray, Pumuckl is back! Thick dust swirls through the air as Master Eder's nephew Florian enters the workshop. For more than 30 years, the workbench and circular saw have been stored away. Florian Eder and his sister Bärbel have inherited their uncle's old carpentry workshop. It stood empty for a long time. Now it is to be sold. But things in the workshop seem to be amiss. It’s haunted! And just like that, fate repeats itself: Pumuckl gets stuck to the glue and becomes visible to Florian Eder. He can hardly believe his eyes. A goblin? A goblin law states: If a goblin becomes visible to a human, he must stay with that person forever. Eder decides to quit his job, restore the workshop, and move into the apartment above. From now on, Florian Eder and Pumuckl will experience many new adventures full of fun, warmth, and mischief. Florian Brückner takes on the role of Master Eder's nephew. The character of Pumuckl has been modernized with care and love. The performance and voice of cabaret artist Maximilian Schafroth serve as the basis for the animation of the goblin. Additionally, for the first time ever, Pumuckl's voice has been transformed using AI to convert Schafroth's voice into the unmistakable Pumuckl voice of Hans Clarin. The cinema event includes three selected episodes of the new series.
