Leonine Wickie and the Strong Men - The Magic Sword

Wickie (Julius Weckauf) is eager to accompany his father Halvar (Dietmar Bär) on his adventures. However, Halvar believes Wickie is too young for the rough life of strong men on board. But Wickie has other qualities: he is clever and thinks before he acts! The adventure begins when Halvar takes a magical sword from the fearsome Sven. This sword proves to be uncontrollable and accidentally turns Wickie's mother Ylva into a statue made of pure gold. Wickie is, of course, determined to save his mother and devises a rescue plan together with his cousin Ylvi (Malu Leicher). They are joined by the young warrior Leif (Ken Duken), who unexpectedly appears in the village, and a rather unconventional squirrel. Leif knows of a legendary island where any spell can be broken.
