Product details
High-gloss nitro topcoat for wood, covering paper, and silk. A classic formula tested by generations of model builders and builders of real aircraft. Suitable for brush or roller application.
Application: Dilute the paint as needed with KAVAN Classic thinner. Apply it with a soft flat brush or a roller to the covering or wooden parts. Apply 1-3 coats. Always allow the paint to dry for at least 24 hours and sand it with fine sandpaper (600-1000). For a model with a combustion engine, a fuel-resistant topcoat must be applied.
Removing excess undried paint: Use a cloth or paper towel moistened with KAVAN Classic thinner. Paint thinning: The paint is supplied in concentrated form. Depending on the need and type of application, it can be diluted with KAVAN Classic thinner in any ratio to achieve optimal consistency.
Suitable for: Upper high-gloss top layer of painted covering paper or painted covering silk, impregnation of wooden parts of models against moisture.
Unsuitable for: Materials that are not resistant to organic solvents (e.g., foamed polystyrene).
Storage: In a tightly sealed container, cool, dry, and dark (at temperatures between 10 and 25 degrees). Do not expose the paint to temperatures below 5 degrees and avoid frost.
Shelf life: If the conditions for proper storage are maintained, we guarantee the durability in the unopened original packaging for a period of 1 year while retaining the aforementioned product properties.
Warning! Not suitable for children under 14 years. The product contains substances classified as hazardous under the regulation. Signal word: Danger.
