Kapla Winter

This is a winter variant of the 200 box, which is the classic detergent box. It contains 140 neutral and 60 colored tiles. The colored tiles are light blue, dark blue, and white. Fascinatingly simple and seemingly unremarkable at first glance. When assembled, the 12 cm long, magical building blocks reveal themselves to be phenomenal. Kapla wooden tiles are made from high-quality pine wood. The Kapla wooden tiles are PEFC certified and sourced from pine forests in the southwestern French region of Landes, with sustainable forestry practices. The wood is untreated and natural. The sophisticated design is based on the "three-dimensional golden ratio" 1 - 3 - 5 - 15, meaning that three times the thickness equals the width, five times the width equals the length, and fifteen times the thickness results in the length. These precise measurements offer limitless design possibilities and inspire maximum creativity, teamwork, and playfulness in children, teenagers, and adults alike. Kapla wooden tiles are neither plugged, screwed, nor otherwise connected. The wooden tiles are simply placed loosely on top of each other. This results in partly fragile and daring works of art. Thus, the statics can be tested to the limit. A challenge for young and old architects.
