The Cheeky Highlander men's costume consists of socks with pompons, kilt with elastic band and belt with Velcro fastener. The short-sleeve top has a sewn-on tartan sash and a fake penis. A tartan hat with a rubber band completes the costume, material: 100% polyester. Scots are known to be thrifty.
