Men's costume naughty Highlander consists of socks with pompons, kilt with elastic and belt with Velcro closure. On the short-sleeved top is sewn a plaid sash and an imitation penis. The cap in a checkered pattern with an elastic band completes the costume. Scots are known to be thrifty.
