Ice Age - The Ice Age. The world 20,000 years ago. Huge, majestic animals roam the Earth - except for a rather unrefined quartet of four-legged creatures. These include Manny, the grumpy woolly mammoth, Sid, the incredibly lazy and uncouth sloth, Diego, the treacherous and cunning saber-toothed tiger, and last but not least, the prehistoric resident Scrat, a rather unfortunate mix of squirrel and rat. While Scrat's entire existence seemingly revolves around burying an acorn - logically, as he wants to store food for the winter - Manny, Sid, and Diego find themselves on a mission that is far from their usual concerns: they must return the human baby Roshan to his family. Unfortunately, when Scrat tries to ram his acorn into the ice, he triggers a massive avalanche, and Diego has some sinister plans of his own.
