Family or not, the tough businesswoman Carol (Jennifer Aniston) is determined to shut down her brother Clay's (T.J. Miller) unprofitable branch for good. However, the popular boss is not so easily defeated. He plans an epic Christmas party aimed at impressing a potential client and securing his employees' jobs.
