Product details

The H.M.H.S. model Britannic is a unique opportunity to travel back in time and experience history firsthand. The sister ship of the Titanic, originally designed as a luxury ocean liner, was converted into a hospital ship during World War I. Although the Britannic sank on November 21, 1916, after hitting a mine, the efficient evacuation allowed most crew members and passengers to be rescued. This model pays tribute to this legendary ship, which was 269.06 meters long and 29 meters wide, and on whose deck wounded soldiers and medical personnel were accommodated.

The H.M.H.S. model consists of 636 COBI building blocks. The Britannic is in 1:700 scale, measuring 38.5 cm in length and 12 cm in height. It accurately represents the shape and body of the ship, and numerous details, such as movable cranes, screws, and a rudder, ensure authenticity and interactivity. The set also includes an elegant display stand with a plaque, making it an ideal element for presentation in any interior.

Thanks to the intuitive building instructions, which are based on simple symbols and pictograms, constructing the model is pure joy. The model does not require glue or paint, and all inscriptions and graphics are permanently printed on the building blocks, ensuring durability and resistance to intensive play. The set does not use stickers, which guarantees its high quality. It is aimed at individuals aged 7 and up, and its careful craftsmanship will satisfy both younger and adult history and maritime enthusiasts.

The H.M.H.S. model Britannic is not only a fantastic curiosity for your collection but also a great way to develop your passion and combine learning with fun. It is ideal for...
