Cobi F-35A Lightning II

The F-35A Lightning II is a single-seat, multi-role combat aircraft developed by Lockheed Martin Corporation. The F-35 Version A is a conventional take-off and landing aircraft designed to replace the US Air Force's F-16 Fighting Falcon and A-10 Thunderbolt II aircraft. It is one of the US defence industry's hottest export products. Since the second decade of the 21st century, it has been used by the Air Force in many countries around the world. On 31 January 2020, Poland signed a contract for the purchase of 5th generation fighters. 32 F-35A conventional take-off and landing aircraft have been ordered, with the first deliveries starting in 2024. The first aircraft will be delivered to the air base in Łask in 2026. Efforts are being made to speed up deliveries. Poland will become the 14th country in the world and the 10th NATO country to join the F-35 programme.
