Short Description:
Chanti is back - in probably the coolest fairy tale ever! Chantal (Jella Haase), an eternal influencer without followers, and her best friend Zeynep (Gizem Emre) get transported into the fairy tale world through an ancient magic mirror, which they initially think is a social media gimmick. To Chantal's delight, because as a princess, she can probably generate the best content! Unfortunately, it's not just any fairy tale they find themselves in, but "Sleeping Beauty." A little warning to all princes: waking kisses are at your own risk! As Chantal searches for a way back home, she realizes that in the realm of dragons, fairies, and other fairy tale characters, things operate quite differently than we know from the stories of the Brothers Grimm. Princess Amalia (Maria Ehrich), who has no desire to get married, the sensitive Prince Bosco (Max von der Groeben), who struggles with identity issues, Aladdin (Mido Kotaini), who has never heard of a flying carpet, and a witch (Nora Tschirner), who defies all clichés. "Chantal in Fairy Tale Land" is a funny yet touching adventure that gives the world of fairy tales a new and contemporary twist, showing that a happy ending definitely doesn't require princes.
