Product details
The Byomic Study Microscope BYO-10 is a biological microscope that is extremely suitable for novice users. This translucent microscope is supplied with a wide-angle eyepiece of 10x. The objective revolver is equipped with three achromatic objectives (4x, 10x, and 40x), allowing a maximum magnification of 400x. It is possible to change the lenses, which enables the achievement of other magnifications.
The BYO-10 has a sturdy metal housing with an integrated table measuring 90 by 70 mm, which is equipped with two sturdy clamps to hold a specimen securely in position, preventing any shifting during observation.
The Byomic BYO-10 is equipped with a plano-concave mirror, allowing the biological microscope to be used anywhere there is sufficient light. The mirror features a flat side for illuminating the object and a hollow side that reduces the field of view for more detailed observation.
Under the table, there is a swivel wheel with six holes of different sizes, which can be used to determine the amount of light that should be let through.
The focus wheel allows for adjusting the distance between the lens and the table, enabling the specimen to be viewed at the correct distance in razor-sharp focus. The table measures 90 mm by 70 mm and is equipped with two handy clamps to secure the specimen in place.
The Byomic Study Microscope BYO-10 is suitable for viewing bacteria and parasites in fish and manure. It is also an excellent choice for examining blood and urine.
With an additional eyepiece, different magnifications can be obtained. This microscope uses eyepieces with a diameter of 23 mm.
