This is a movable Master Grade injection-molded plastic kit of an item from the Gundam universe.
Bandai's MG "Gundam 00" series of snap-fit plastic model kits begins with the release of Setsuna's Gundam Exia, the protagonist. Gundam Exia is specialized in close combat and is an impressive opponent that can effortlessly dismantle armies of Mobile Suits with its Seven Sword System. The popular machine is aesthetically pleasing and incredibly flexible once completed. It can take on various dynamic action poses as well as the typical stances from the series. The details are precise, featuring complex mechanisms on the highly articulated inner frame, as expected from a MG release. Clear green lenses are used for the chest, sides of the head, elbows, and knees, while all cable sections on the body utilize hologram and clear parts, allowing the underlying mechanisms to be visible.
The complete Seven Sword System consists of a GN Long Blade, a GN Short Blade, two GN Beam Daggers, two GN Beam Sabers, a GN Sword with a switchable function between rifle and pistol mode, and a GN Shield with retractable side parts. A special transparent base for displaying the removable GN Drive is also included. Instead of the GN Drive, a red cover can be attached to the back of Gundam Exia. Two scale figures (cast in white) of Setsuna in standing and sitting poses are included in the set, along with foil stickers, dry transfer decals, and original MG Gundam Exia marking stickers for detailing.
Bandai offers models of very high quality, requiring no paint or glue. These models are very easy to assemble and feature many joint points.
