Product details

The Supermarine Spitfire illustrates the strength and adaptability of its basic design and underwent continuous development during World War II, ultimately resulting in the production of over 20,000 aircraft in 24 different variants. The Mark V variant was actually a kind of transitional upgrade of the aircraft that fought during the Battle of Britain, but with 6,487 units produced, it would prove to be the most widely produced variant of the Spitfire.
