I have a Michelin and it worked normally it has adapters to work on all types of pressure washers but in any case I can't give you a firm confirmation for yours

I was using a Karcher and the Karcher adaptor that came with it worked.

For your Einhell TE-HP140 high-pressure cleaner, you often need a suitable adapter to the high-pressure Quick Connect connection or M22 thread in order to connect a pipe cleaning hose (e.g. Monzana set) correctly. The TE-HP140 uses an Einhell quick-connect/quick-couple system, which is why many universal hoses do not fit directly without a suitable adapter.
