No - they are Bluetooth valves that are "only" controlled via the app. For the Irrigation Control from Gardena, you need the valves with cables - you then have to install these in the valve box and lay the cables under the slabs and/or lawn to the Irrigation Control. This irrigation control is then controlled via the Gardena WLAN box - then you can network everything in the app - including the moisture sensors. It is worth taking a look at the PDF operating instructions for the Irrigation Control.
Gardena Bluetooth integration has been available since Home Assistant 2023.8. You need a Bluetooth proxy for the valve to communicate with Home Assistant.
