Question about Gardena Rain barrel pump

After only one year, the pump is no longer tight at two points on the tap. According to my research, spare parts were not available in Switzerland. I can no longer operate the pump with a timer, as it can no longer build up the necessary pressure to shut off. Now I would have to send the whole pump in and wait for a replacement. Where can I get a replacement tap (incl. pipe)?
