8. HAZET Drehmomentschlüssel
For maximum torque values of 2000 Nm, this torque spanner weighs only around 18 kg. The actuating force at 2000 Nm is only 685 N (70 kg). The length of the ratchet drive is 1316.5 mm, the centre piece is 644 mm long and the handle measures 1203 mm. It is calibrated to company standards, making it suitable for industrial climbers. It can be used on wind turbines, in shipyards, in the aviation industry, heavy industry and on commercial vehicles. The spanner can be disassembled into two parts using a release tool (6170-1CT: three parts) and is supplied in a carrying case with handle and shoulder strap. It has an accuracy of ± 4 % of the scale value (in the direction of actuation). Fast screwdriving is also possible with the ratchet drive.
The complete spanner should always be used for torque tightening. Safety features include haptic (virtually backlash-free release), audible (click sound) and visual (models with signalling device) indicators. The 2-component handle improves hand feel and there is a simplified locking mechanism for setting the torque value. A viewing window allows visual verification of the locking mechanism and there are four coloured coding rings (red, yellow, green, black) for markings in the event of personalisation or special work processes. It is supplied with a calibration certificate and serial number and complies with the standards DIN EN ISO 6789-2:2017, DIN 3120, ISO 1174-1.
