Wiltec Round bending machine

The three-roller round bending machine is the right tool for processing sheets, wires, and much more. The machine's application area is diverse. For example, cylinders, pipes, and curves can be shaped, or sheets can be straightened. With this machine, sheet metal work can be carried out easily and precisely. There are individual adjustment options for roll radius and material thickness.

The round bending machine features three rollers that can be manually operated using a crank. It can bend metals up to a thickness of 2.5 mm and also deform rods with a maximum diameter of 5 mm. Five different insert grooves with diameters of 1 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, and 5 mm are located at the edge of the rollers. Depending on the desired curvature and the existing material thickness, the distance and roller angle can be adjusted accordingly. The machine can process workpieces with a maximum width of 300 mm.
