Wiltec Round bending machine

The three-roll round bending machine is exactly the right tool for processing sheet metal, wire and much more. The three-roll bending machine has a wide range of applications. For example, it can be used to form cylinders, tubes and bends or to straighten sheet metal. Sheet metal work can be carried out easily and precisely with this machine. There are individual setting options for the rolling radius and material thickness.

The round bending machine has three rollers. These are set in motion manually using a crank and can bend metals up to a thickness of 1.2 mm. The machine can also bend bars up to a maximum diameter of 5 mm. For this purpose, there are five different insert grooves with diameters of 1 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm and 5 mm on the edge of the rollers. Depending on the desired curvature and existing material thickness, the distance and the roller angle are set accordingly. The round bending machine can process workpieces with a maximum width of 250 mm.
