The SKD-2D pump control with cable automatically starts and stops the water pump depending on the opening and closing of the consumer. This ensures constant pressure in the domestic waterworks; in case of water shortage, a dry run protection is activated, and the pump stops. The pump control eliminates the effects of pressure surges.

The SKD-2D pump control with cable consists of a hydraulic part and an interchangeable electronic part, which is also available as a spare part:

The hydraulic part includes:
• a shut-off valve
• a valve that responds to flow changes
• a molded and reinforced plastic body
• a membrane and spring that respond to pressure changes
• a safety valve to prevent water leakage in case of membrane damage

The electronic part includes:
• a sealed housing made of self-extinguishing, molded plastic
• a single, tested, and certified electronic board with insulated tracks
• a relay with a switching capacity of approximately 100,000 cycles in continuous operation with a maximum load of 1.1 kW
• a varistor for surge protection

The package includes 2 cables (with protective contact coupling), each with a length of 1.35 m.
